The comfortable familiarity and flow of BBC life has not been disrupted by world events, in the way COVID-19 has impacted us, since WWII.

Unavailability and short supplies meant Boarders rallied to the cause to grow vegetables in Victory Gardens which were situated in the area where the pool is now located. The lack of people power meant that the School Matron had to became the Cook, and the boys shared routine tasks in the kitchen and dining room.  

Times may have changed, but the BBC Clan spirit is still evident today as we rally together to find innovative ways to help each other through difficult times.
